Terms & Conditions
- The minimum secretarial subscription period is 12 months. Refund is NOT allowed in the event of early termination before the expiry of the subscription period.
- The 12-month subscription period will be determined as follows :-
- – For Newly Incorporated Company: From its incorporation date
- – For Switch To Us: From the date of appointment of company secretary
- Company subscribed to the Popular plan is entitled to unlimited Assignment(s) listed in Category 1 above.
- Company subscribed to the Premium plan is entitled to unlimited Assignment(s) listed in Category 1 & Category 2 above.
